AGM 2021
The next annual general meeting will take place on February 27, 2021 2:00 pm.
Attend the AGM to hear our officer’s reports and, if your membership card shows Leicestershire DA, you may vote to elect officers for the following year.
Volunteer committee members and auditors are always needed to enable rotations and annual retirements. Please let us know if you can help.
In light of the current COVID restrictions and club HQ advice, this year’s meeting will now be taking place as an online video conference only – the date and time are unchanged.
We require a minimum number of members to be on the call for the AGM to proceed, and with the change to online format we are asking for members to express an interest in attending as soon a possible, so that numbers can be confirmed and joining instructions can be sent out.
